What is a Brand within Quote Magic?
Some organizations wish to separate company names, departments, divisions or product categories when creating a quote. We call each of these entities a “brand” in Quote Magic.
Is there a difference between a quote or proposal?
No. These are the same in Quote Magic.
How do I configure Quote Magic to find product form WooCommerce or OdooERP?
Quote Magic does this automagically during the installation process. There is no configuration required by you.
What happens when a quote is created?
Quote Magic creates a unique URL, and sends the URL using your standard email template to the prospective client. The receiver can then open the link to review your proposal.
Quote Magic tracks the number of opens, which you can see on the dashboard.
How do revisions work?
After the first iteration, your salesperson can revise the quote and give it a new revision number (eg 1.1). This is logged separately in the Quote Magic database so that you can see the progression of changes.
Can I overwrite the standard text used in the proposal?
Yes.
